Elayne Pink has been in the travel industry for the past 20 years and has
direct experience in all aspects of the travel industry. Elayne has worked in
both large multi-branch and family owned/operated agencies and has acted as corporate
agent, leisure travel agent and manager for nine branch agencies. Elayne is the
main contact for our clients ensuring that all their travel needs are met and
exceeded.
Fred Mack operated a wholesale travel business for the past 15 years, obtaining
large wholesale contracts with Continental Airlines, Avis Car rentals and numerous
condominium complexes around the world. Fred's experience in obtaining net rates
helps Absolute Travel secure the best available pricing for clients. With a 15-year
background with large financial institutions and as a small business owner, Fred
values and provides detailed monthly reporting.
Elayne and Fred's skills are complimented by Shannon Mack who joined Absolute
Travel as a travel specialist in 2003 and Shelley Campbell who became an
employee after Absolute Travel merged with long time Halifax Travel Agency - Concord
Travel in August 2009. Shelley has over 9 - years experience in providing
her clients with exceptional service. This creates a team of highly trained travel
specialists who collectively have 50 years' experience in providing prompt professional
services. We are constantly updating our knowledge and keeping current in the
fast changing world of the traveler.
